SpotSync는 최소한의 개인정보만을 수집하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리목적 및 처리항목, 처리 및 보유기간
- 닉네임
처리목적: 채팅 및 위치 공유 시 참여자 식별
처리 및 보유기간: 링크 종료 또는 6시간 자동 만료 시 즉시 삭제
- 위치정보
처리목적: 실시간 위치 공유 서비스 제공
처리 및 보유기간: 링크 종료 또는 6시간 자동 만료 시 즉시 삭제
- 채팅 메시지
처리목적: 위치 공유 중 내장 채팅 서비스 제공
처리 및 보유기간: 링크 종료 또는 6시간 자동 만료 시 즉시 삭제
※ 회원가입이 없으며, 수집되는 정보는 위 보유기간 종료 시 서버에서 즉시 파기됩니다.
2. 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법
- 참여자가 나가기를 누르거나 호스트가 공유를 종료하면 해당 세션의 모든 데이터(위치, 닉네임, 채팅)가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 링크는 생성 후 6시간이 지나면 자동으로 만료되며, 관련 모든 데이터가 서버에서 완전히 삭제됩니다.
3. 개인정보 제3자 제공
앱 내 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob, Adsense 서비스를 사용하며, Google 및 광고 파트너사에 제공될 수 있습니다.
- 제공받는자: Google AdMob, Adsense 및 광고 파트너
- 제공목적: 맞춤형 광고 게재, 광고 효과 측정 및 분석, 광고 사기 방지
- 제공항목: 광고 표시 관련 정보
- 보유 및 이용기간: 회원가입이 없으므로 앱 사용 중에 한함

SpotSync collects only the minimum necessary personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
1. Purpose, Items, and Retention Period of Personal Information
- Nickname
Purpose: To identify participants in chat and location sharing
Retention Period: Immediately deleted when the link ends or expires (6 hours)
- Location Information
Purpose: To provide real-time location sharing services
Retention Period: Immediately deleted when the link ends or expires (6 hours)
- Chat Messages
Purpose: To provide built-in chat during location sharing
Retention Period: Immediately deleted when the link ends or expires (6 hours)
※ No account registration is required. All collected information is immediately deleted from the server when the retention period ends.
2. Procedure and Method for Disposal of Personal Information
- When a participant leaves or the host ends sharing, all data (location, nickname, chat) for that session is immediately deleted.
- Links automatically expire 6 hours after creation, and all related data is completely deleted from the server.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We use Google AdMob, Adsense to display ads within the app. Information may be provided to Google and its advertising partners.
- Recipient: Google AdMob, Adsense and advertising partners
- Purpose: Personalized ads, ad effectiveness measurement and analysis, ad fraud prevention

- 参加者が退出するか、ホストが共有を終了すると、そのセッションのすべてのデータ（位置、ニックネーム、チャット）が即時削除されます。
- リンクは作成後6時間で自動的に期限切れとなり、関連するすべてのデータがサーバーから完全に削除されます。

アプリ内への広告掲載のためGoogle AdMob, Adsenseサービスを使用しており、Googleおよび広告パートナーに提供される場合があります。
